What if it says something wrong to my customer?

You tell it what to say during setup. It'll only talk about things you've trained it on: your services, your pricing, your hours, your booking rules. If someone asks something it doesn't know, it either asks clarifying questions or transfers the call to you. It doesn't make stuff up.

Do my customers know they're talking to AI?

Your call. We can have it introduce itself as an AI assistant, or as a receptionist named whatever you want. Most customers go with something honest like "This is [Name], the AI assistant for [Business]." Honest works better than sneaky, and it keeps you out of disclosure headaches in states that require it.

What if someone calls with an emergency?

We set up transfer rules during onboarding. "Emergency" keywords, after-hours rules, specific phrases: whatever matters for your business gets flagged and routed straight to you. You define the rules, it follows them.
